Roll up your sleeves and dive into the art of hand-crafted pasta! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to mix, knead, and shape your own small-batch pasta dough from scratch, perfect to take home and turn into future culinary masterpieces. We’ll explore classic techniques for hand-cut fettuccine, hand-rolled cavatelli, and a seasonal stuffed pasta that changes throughout the year.

(Please note: This class is NOT gluten-free, dairy-free, or nut-free.)
